With Custom Reports, Cataleya will be delivering the required data captured by the bot to you for further analysis and better decision making

We understand the importance of the data and how it can help the business in gaining better clarity about the target audience. With Custom Reports, Cataleya will be delivering the required data captured by the bot to you for further analysis and better decision making

How do I request for Custom Reports?

You can request for the custom reports either by reaching out to us directly at support@cataleya.io or by raising a support desk

Since this is counted under additional requirements, the charges for the same will be defined based on the scope of work and the manpower required to fulfill the requirement

In what format will the Custom Reports be delivered?

The format of the custom reports will vary from user to user on the basis of requirement. We usually deliver these reports in Google Data Studio however if the requirement ask for it, the same can be delivered by providing APIs or pushing the data to BI tools.
