Link Tracking

With Cataleya, you can now track the performance of the Links or the URLs shared with the visitors or customers via bot.

Available on the GOLD plan and above

How do I enable Link Tracking?

In-order to enable the link tracking for your account, you can follow the following steps;

• Go to 'Settings -> Account -> Link Tracking'

• Choose 'Wotapp.link'

Cataleya currently supports wotapp.link only

• Choose 'Sub-Domain'

The mentioned Sub-Domain will be used for your account Changing the Sub-Domain will be erase the data associated with it

• Click on 'Save' to save the settings

• Go to 'Bot Builder' and select the bot for which the links needs to be tracked

• Enable the 'Check Box' on the action block to start tracking links
