Deploying a Chatbot

Go-Live with the Chatbot and start interacting with the visitors

In order to deploy the chatbot, you can follow the following steps;

  • Channel Configuration: First and foremost you will need to configure the channel for which the bot is build. In order to configure the channel, you can go to 'Channel Configuration' & select the channel

  • Go to 'Bot Builder'

  • 'Switch On' the bot you wish to deploy

  • 'Open' on the bot you want to deploy

  • Click on 'Deploy' at the top right corner

If the channel is not configured, deploying the bot will fetch error We at Cataleya recommend to 'Deploy' the bot every time the changes are made in the flow
