Reply Buttons

This action blocks allows you to render up-to three buttons in your conversation flow on WhatsApp

This feature is only supported for 360Dialog, Meta & GupShup (WhatsApp Business API providers)

How do I set it up?

To setup the 'Reply' action block, you can follow the following steps;

  • Add action block on canvas by clicking on '+'

  • Choose 'Reply'

  • Double click on 'Reply' to configure it on the right panel You can configure the following as per the requirement

    • Header:

      • Text: You can choose to have plane text which will be rendered in 'Bold' format

      • Media (Static): Shows a multimedia file like PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG

      • Media (Dynamic): Shows a dynamic multimedia file to each user

    • Body: Define the message that will be sent to your visitors in the space provided

      • Buttons: Lastly, like in buttons action block; you would need to add the list of buttons and text (which is limited to 3 in WhatsApp) and the error message associated with it. Every button has its own branch, which you can define to create conversation flow. If in case anyone replies back with the text that is other than the button text provided, it would show the error message and ask the users to re-enter the selection To save the selected button text, use the variable input box to define the variable
