WhatsApp is by far the most popular messaging platform used by people around the globe. Connect your Chatbot with WhatsApp and interact with your customers at ease

WhatsApp is by far the most popular messaging platform used by people around the globe. Connect your Chatbot with WhatsApp and interact with your customers at ease

How do I configure chatbot on WhatsApp?

In order to run a chatbot on WhatsApp, you can follow the following steps;

  • Go to 'Channel Configuration -> WhatsApp -> Configuration'

  • Click on '+ WhatsApp Configuration'

  • Provide following details;

    • Phone Number: Enter the Phone number for which you have WhatsApp Business API. Enter the phone number with country code but without '+' sign

    • API Details: Different providers have different input fields. Enter the details received from the provider into the respective fields

Currently Cataleya supports following providers;

  • Meta

  • 360Dialog

  • Twilio

  • Unifonic

  • GupShup

  • Click on 'Save' to save the configuration

  • Go to 'Bot Builder -> WhatsApp Bot -> Trigger Action Block'

  • Select the 'Phone Number' configured

  • Click on 'Deploy' to go live with the chatbot on WhatsApp
